Director of Youth Ministries
Nichols-Bethel Church seeks a passionate, hard-working, dedicated person to serve as our Director of Youth Ministries. Key responsibilities for this position include providing guidance, nurturing, direction and leadership for the Nichols-Bethel youth program serving youth from 6th-12th grade. This person must work effectively with the church staff, church volunteers, church committees, and community while utilizing a strong theological understanding and drawing on breadth of experience in communication, organizational, and planning skills to nurture youth with compassion and energy. This person must plan and lead youth meetings, coordinate participation in work camps, retreats, and service activities, and encourage and facilitate youth attendance at and integration into worship services. Expected salary range is $8,000-$12,000 depending upon experience and qualifications
Contemporary Music Leader
Nichols-Bethel Church seeks a passionate, hard-working, dedicated person to serve as our Contemporary Music Leader. The Contemporary Music Leader is responsible for organizing and leading contemporary worship services through music from guitar, keyboard, percussion, and vocals. The position entails significant preparation, administrative work, and leadership to manage the praise band and coordinate with other volunteers and staff.
