Bible Study

Many opportunities for additional study are available during the week at Nichols-Bethel United Methodist Church. Adult Bible Study, Sunday 11am

An adult Bible study opportunity has now begun, Sundays, 11:00. This is the beginning of a series of short-term, small group studies on foundations of our faith, beginning with Getting Acquainted with Jesus led by Allen Mitchell, a certified lay speaker and former local pastor in the United Methodist Church. Please sign-up below and place in the offering plate or Rev. Linda’s mailbox.

Bible Study Classes

Disciple Bible Study - begins Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 102.

This is a continuation of last season’s study. We resume with Lesson 24 and con-tinue for 10 weeks to completion ( 34 lessons).

 

Cover To Cover – begins Wednesday, Sept. 14, at 10:30 a.m. in Room 102.

A book discussion group featuring selected books for at-home reading and sharing time, as a group, at church. We will read books on topics relevant to our Christian faith and daily living.

We are continuing discussion of Facing Your Giants, by Max Lucado.

 

Friends In Faith – begins Friday, September 30, at 6:00 p.m. in Rev. Linda’s home. We are starting a new 6-lesson study, Serving From The Heart – finding your gifts and talents for service.
