Volunteers Needed for Tutoring Program
Tutors are needed on Tuesdays from 4:00 – 5:00 in our Sunday School rooms. We help children Kindergarten to 5th grade with their homework, following the school calendar. When schools are closed for whatever reason there is no tutoring. This is a wonderful program (in it’s 9th year) in cooperation with the Odenton Elementary School. Children are met at the school by Rev. Linda and brought to church for each session. It takes so little of your time, but the rewards are great! We have received very good feedback from both the school and parents, with many students returning year after year.
